树莓果实与休眠芽生长过程中内源激素含量变化研究  被引量:12

摘  要:以‘哈瑞太慈’和‘费尔杜德’两个树莓品种为试验材料,测定其果实与休眠芽在生长过程中生长素、赤霉素和脱落酸三种内源激素含量变化趋势,以及对两个品种间作出比较,并分析三种内源激素比值及相关性。结果表明,树莓果实生长成熟过程中,费尔杜德和哈瑞太慈两个品种果实中内源激素含量变化趋势基本相同,GA3含量呈"先上升后下降"规律,IAA含量呈"下降—上升—下降"规律,ABA含量呈"上升—下降—上升—下降"规律。GA3/ABA和GA3/IAA比值变化趋势一致,皆为"先上升后下降",费尔杜德果实GA3/ABA比值在红熟期后略有上升。IAA/ABA比值变化呈"下降—上升—下降"趋势。果实中三种激素互相相关性不显著。GA3含量在白果期达到最高,IAA含量在着红期最高,ABA含量在成熟期最高。从树莓休眠芽生长至休眠芽休眠解除后萌发,两个品种其内源激素含量变化为:GA3含量变化呈现"先上升再下降后上升"规律,IAA与GA3含量变化趋势一致,而ABA呈现"先上升后下降"的变化趋势。GA3/ABA比值呈现"上升—下降—上升"变化趋势,IAA/ABA比值变化与GA3/ABA相同。GA3和IAA含量呈正相关,两者间比值无明显变化。GA3和IAA含量最大值出现在休眠芽饱满时期,而ABA含量最大值出现在休眠初期。With Fertodi Zamatos and Heritage as the experimental materials, determine the tendency of endogenous hormone content of dormant bud and raspberry fruit varieties, which include GA3, ABA and IAA, to make a comparison between the two species, analysis of the ratio and correlation of the three endogenous hormones. The results showed that the endogenous hormone content variation in the fruit of Heritage and Fertodi Zamatos were nearly the same during the process of raspberry growth and maturation,the content of GA3 reduced after increasing, IAA increased after reducing and then reduced again, ABA reduced after increasing which then reduced after increasing again. Both the ratio of GA3/ABA and GA3/IAA first increased and then decreased, while the ratio of GA3/ABA of Fertodi Zamatos increased slightly after the mature period. The ratio of IAA/ABA increased after decreasing and then reduced. The three hormones in the fruit had no significant correlation to each other respectively that GA3 achieved the maximum in white fruit period, IAA achieved the maximum at the red fruit stage and ABA achieved the peak in the mature period. During the period of the growth of dormant bud to sprout of it, endogenous hormone content variation in the two varieties showed that both GA3 and IAA were first increased, then decreased and increased at last, while ABA increased first and then decreased. Both the ratio of GA3/ABA and IAA/ABA decreased after increasing and then increased again. The content of GA3 was significantly positively correlated to IAA and the ratio between them had no obvious change. The contents of GA3 and IAA achieved the maximum in dormant bud full time, but ABA achieved the maximum at early stage of dormancy.
