摘 要:针对差动式行星滚柱丝杠的空间螺旋面啮合特点,对预紧条件下滚柱与丝杆啮合处的相对滑动和由此引发的摩擦力及摩擦力矩进行了详细的分析。综合考虑了滚柱与螺母间接触椭圆上因几何滑动带来的附加摩擦转矩对滚柱平衡的影响,建立了该类型丝杠预紧转矩的计算模型。结合某一具体规格的差动式行星滚柱丝杠给出了不同导程下预紧载荷对应的预紧转矩,结果表明预紧转矩随导程和预紧载荷的增加而增加,为该类型差动式行星滚柱丝杠的设计与应用提供理论依据。Based on the meshing feature of differential planetary roller screw, the influences to friction torque of screw are discussed. The influence factors included the meshing slide because of meshing point deviated between the roller and the screw, geometrical slippage produced by that the contact area of the roller and the screw turning around the meshing instantaneous center and lubrication condition are analyzed. The preloading torque model is established and provided a method to calculate the preloading torque. The relationships between the preloading torque and these factors including lead and preaxial load by using a specification of differential planetary roller screw are discussed. All of the working provides the theory basis to design and apply the differential planetary roller screw.
