摘 要:根据加注系统工艺流程及结构特点,结合有压管路瞬变流理论,搭建数据采集系统对加注系统在级间转换过程中关键位置的压力波动情况进行监测,通过对比试验得出影响级间转换过程中出现的瞬变过程的诸因素,明确为削弱瞬变过程强度各因素应进行的调整方向:适当降低泵的转速,减少泵后电调阀及分流电调阀开度,合理设置相关球阀的动作过程,适当降低塔上液位高度。试验结论对保证加注过程的安全顺利进行,发射任务的圆满完成具有重要的指导意义。Monitors the pressure fluctuation at selected positions in fueling system during the transformation from l %tage tank fueling period to 2nd stage tank fueling period with established data acquisition system according to the characteristies of structure and fueling schedule of fueling system along with the hydraulic transient theory in pressured pipes. Finds factors out which influence the transient emerged during the transformation of fueling stages based on experiments, and purposes ways to orient those factors in order to weaken the transient intensity, which are as follows : decreasing the Rpm of pump properly, reducing the opening ratio of electric regulating valves both afer the pump and in the flow divider branch, setting the relative ball valves' actions appropriately, and lowering the fluid level in the pipe stuck vertically to the launch tower properly. Conclusians made here are meaningful to the fueling process and launching mission.
