摘 要:考虑到某厂现在所使用的某特种设备的装配与退出装置力值、行程不可控等缺陷,研究了装配与退出装置的设计方案及其控制方法。主要研究内容:基于PLC与组态软件的某特种装备的装配与退出装置的机械结构、液压系统、控制方法和在组态环境下开发的监控界面。本设备采用PLC进行控制,组态软件进行监控。整个装置装配精度高,可靠性好,提高了生产效率,与各传感器配合使用保证了产品质量,并且将采集的数据保存在历史数据中可以查阅和备份,便于生产管理。Considering the defect that stress, stroke of assembly and exit device in a factory now in use is not controllable. It studies the design scheme and control method of the assembly and exit device. It mainly studies the mechanical structure, hydraulic system, control method and the monitoring interface based on the configuration software which are used in the assembly and exit device of a special equipment. The device is controlled by the PLC and monitored by the configuration software. The device is of high precision and good reliability. It improves the production efficiency.lt is used in conjunction with each sensor to ensure the quality of products. And the kept data can be accessed and backup in the historical data, which is convenient for production management.
