摘  要:通过对2014年国家级教学成果奖高等教育类获奖成果的研究与分析表明,教学成果奖获奖地区分布极不平衡,东部区域获得绝对多数。高等教育教学改革目前关注的是卓越人才培养、国际化等相关热点。高等教育教学成果培育应遵循问题导向、特色培育、协同培育等基本原则。高校要正确认识教学成果培育对学校教学质量提升的重大意义,避免陷入为获奖而培育的误区。On the basis of analyzing the 2014 national higher education teaching achievements awards,this paper objectively presents the award distribution, summarizes the currently hot topics on higher education reform, such as the incubation of outstanding students, and globalization, and the like. Basic principles by which the incubation of teaching achievements should abide are also proposed while pointing out the issues to be noticed in the processes of incubation and application. It argues that the appropriate attitudes of universities towards such awards are crucial to a better teaching quality and to the prevention of incubating for the sake of getting awards.
