某市高中生体像关注与焦虑、抑郁的研究

摘　　要：目的了解某市高中生体像关注的现状及与焦虑、抑郁情绪的关系。方法采用躯体异形关注量表(DCQ),社会焦虑量表(SAS),ZUNG抑郁评定量表(ZDRS),躯体变形障碍问卷(BDDQ)自评量表对某市714名高中生进行调查,采用SPSS19统计软件进行统计分析。结果26.3%的高中生有过度的体像关注,其中,7人(女5人,男2人)符合DSM-Ⅴ躯体变形障碍的诊断标准,患病率0.98%。对体像过度关注者的焦虑、抑郁情绪高于无体像关注者(t=-5.084,1P<0.01)、(t=-2.480,P<0.05)。结论在某市高中生中,有部分学生存在过度体像关注,对体像过度关注者的焦虑、抑郁情绪高于无体像关注者。因此,有必要加强对高中生正确的体像认知指导。Objective To explore the prevalence of body image dissatisfaction and body dysmorphic disorder in high school students on one city in China and to determine the relationship between body image concern with social anxiety and depression. Methods A self-report survey design was used to gather the data,with the Dysmorphic Concern Questionnaire,Social Interaction Anxiety Scale,Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale and the Body Dysmorphic Disorder Questionnaire. A total of 714 high school students participated in the survey. SPSS 19 software was used to analyse the data. Results 26. 3% of the students were very concerned about some aspects of their appearance unrelated to weight,and respectively,five female and two male met the DSM-V criteria for body dysmorphic disorder. The prevalence rate of body dysmorphic disorder was 0. 98%. Those who displayed concern with their appearance had higher levels of depression and anxiety than those who had positive body image concern. Conclusion This study found some high students had excessive body concern with their appearance,and even suffered from body dysmorphic disorder. They have higher levels of depression and anxiety than those with positive body image concern,while these negative emotions will cause a damage to their lives. So it is necessary to strengthen the positive body image cognitive guidance for the high school student.
