中西医联合康复治疗对急性期脑卒中并发抑郁患者的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究中西医联合康复治疗对急性期脑卒中并发抑郁患者的治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的急性期脑卒中后抑郁患者310例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组给予中西医联合康复治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能NIHSS评分和抑郁HAMD评分,和治疗后两组患者抑郁情绪、睡眠障碍、迟缓、焦虑和疑病因子评分。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者的NIHSS评分和HAMD评分均明显减小(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后的NIHSS评分和HAMD评分均较低(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组抑郁情绪、睡眠障碍、迟缓、焦虑和疑病5个因子评分水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医联合康复治疗对于急性期脑卒中后抑郁患者有很好的临床治疗效果,有利于脑卒中患者康复。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect on union of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine rehabilitation in patients with post stroke depression. Methods 310 patients with post stroke depression were selected and randomly divided into observed group and control group. Observed group was treated with union of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine rehabilitation,while control group was received the common rehabilitation. The NIHSS scores and HAMD scores at pretreatment and post-treatment were analyzed between the two groups. And the factors as depression,sleep disorders,sluggish,anxiety and hypochondriasis at post-treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the pretreatment,NIHSS scores and HAMD scores were significantly decreased of the two groups after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,observed group had lower levels of NIHSS scores and HAMD scores（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of depression,sleep disorders,sluggish,anxiety and hypochondriasis in the observed group were apparently lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion he union of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine rehabilitation has better clinical therapeutic effect on patients with post stroke depression,and the union will be benefit to rehabilitation.
