肺癌患者凝血功能及相关项目敏感性指标研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌患者凝血功能的敏感指标及其临床意义。方法收集本院147例健康体检者(男性77例,女性70例)和1041例肺癌患者(男性827例,女性214例)的血浆标本,采用全自动血凝分析仪Sysmex CS-2000i和Stago Evolution,对凝血功能指标PT、INR、FIB、APTT、APTT-RAT、TT、TT-RAT、D-Dimer、ATⅢ、FDP进行测定,分析比较各项指标。结果肺癌患者组与健康体检者组比较,PT、INR指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05),而肺癌患者组的FIB、D-Dimer、ATⅢ、FDP结果较健康体检者组明显增高且差异具有显著性(P<0.01);肺癌患者组的APTT、APTT-Rat、TT、TT-Rat结果较健康体检者组明显缩短且差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论在10项凝血功能指标中,FIB、APTT、APTT-RAT、TT、TT-RAT、D-Dimer、ATⅢ、FDP指标在肺癌患者中均有不同程度的变化,可作为判断肺癌患者凝血功能的敏感指标。Objective To research the sensitive indicators and their clinical significance in coagulation function of Lung cancer.Methods We collected the plasma samples of 1,041 lung cancer patients（male 827 cases,female 214cases）and 117 healthy individuals group（male 77 cases,female 70cases）,and tested plasma PT,INR,FIB,APTT,APTT-RAT,TT,TT-RAT,D-Dimer,AT Ⅲ,FDP on Sysmex CS-2000 iand Stago Evolution automated coagulation analyzer,then analyzed and compared various indicators.Results Compared with the healthy individuals group,there is no relativity between PT,INR indicators of lung cancer patients group（P〉0.05）;but the results of FIB,D-Dimer,ATⅢ,FDP indicators of lung cancer patients group are higher significantly than the healthy individuals group and the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.the results of APTT,APTT-Rat,TT,TT-Rat indicators of lung cancer patients group are shorter significantly than the healthy individuals group and the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion In ten coagulation indicators,FIB,APTT,APTT-RAT,TT,TT-RAT,D-Dimer,AT Ⅲ,FDP indicators of lung cancer patients changed different level,and they could be used as the sensitive indicators of coagulation function.
