112例胃肠间质瘤免疫组化分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨胃肠间质瘤（GIST）的免疫组化特点。方法：应用免疫组织化学检测DOG1、CD117、CD34、SMA、S-100在112例胃肠间质瘤的表达。结果：112例GIST中，DOG1阳性表达率为96．43％，CD117阳性表达率为90．18％，CD34阳性表达率为70．54％，SMA阳性表迭率为l5．18％，s100阳性表达率为7．14％。结论：DOG1与CD117、CD34联合应用于诊断GIST具有良好的互补性．可提高捡出率，但不能作为GIST危险度分级的依据。Objective： To investigate the immunohistochemical features of gastrointestinal stromal tumors （GIST） . Methods： Immunohistochemical technique was used to assess the expression of DOG1 ,CD117,CD34,SMA,S-100 in 112 cases of GIST . Results of 112 GIST. positive rate of DOG1 was 96.43%, positive rate of CDll7 was 90. 18% ,positive rate of CD34 was 70.54% ,positive rate of SMA was 15.18% ,positive rate of S-100 was 7.14%. Conclusion DOG1, CD1 I7 and CD34 can improve the detection rate of the diagnosis of GIST,but can not be used as the basis of the risk classification of GIST.
