妇女社会工作高层次专门人才培养探索

摘　　要：新时期妇女事业发展需要大量妇女社会工作高层次专门人才。国务院学位办启动的"服务国家特殊需求人才培养项目"为培养妇女社会工作高层次人才提供了契机。中华女子学院抓住这一契机,对妇女社会工作高层次专门人才的培养进行了积极的探索,构建妇女社会工作课程体系,实施全过程进阶式教学,搭建与联合培养单位合作的产学平台,采用"以问题为本"的教学模式,探索"以能力为核心"的考核方式,并根据人才培养需要不断改善教学条件,以确保人才培养目标的实现。In a new era,the career development of women calls for a large number of high level professionals in women＇s social work.The Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council has launched＂the professionals training program for national special needs＂,which provides good opportunities for the training of high level professionals in women＇s social work.China Women＇s University has taken hold of the opportunity and is working hard to explore the cultivation of these professionals for social work.It is building a curriculum for women＇s social work,implementing advanced teaching to cover the whole process and establishing a platform of production and teaching through joint training units.It is adopting ＂question focused＂assessment methods and exploring ＂ability focused＂assessment,as well as developing teaching facilities to meet the needs of talent cultivation.Significant advances have been made.
