论《伤寒论》中汗法伤阳

摘　　要：《伤寒论》中论述汗法的条文约占全书三分之一有余,汗出得法,邪去正安。仲景运用汗法辨证灵活,施用广泛,对汗法的适应症、禁忌症以及汗法后调理等都论述详细,强调太阳病当汗出而解,发汗时间当适中,汗出中病即止。认为阳气是汗液生成和疏泄以及调控发汗的物质基础,临床应用当鼓舞阳气,祛邪以汗。同时强调误汗或过汗都可损阳伤正,据其脏腑生理特性不同,当有伤卫阳、心阳、脾阳、肾阳等之分,且从机体生理以及病机演变中论述伤阳之根源,其内容丰富,论述详细,可谓汗法伤阳之宗始。其汗法具体应用原则至今为临床所应用和尊崇。Treatise on Febrile Diseases discusses a agreement sweating method accounted for more than 1 /3 of the whole book,sweating properly,to relieving evil. Zhongjing using sweat of dialectical and flexible,application wide,to adapt to the sweating method,contraindication and sweating disease after conditioning also discussed in detail. He emphasizing the Taiyang disease when sweating solution,sweating lasts should moderate,sweating when the disease lasts. He thinks Yang is sweat generation and catharsis and regulation of the material basis for the clinical application of sweating,when encouraged by the Yang,dispelling evil by sweat. Meanwhile,Zhongjing also stressed that too much sweat or sweat mistake can damage Yang,according to the physiological characteristics of different organs,when injury stomach Yang,heart Yang,spleen Yang,kidney Yang,etc.,and discussed from the physiological and the evolution of pathogenesis causes injury Yang. Its content is rich,detailed,is sweating method injury Yang began,the sweating method concrete application principles has applied for clinical and respect today.
