摘　　要：目的观察补气活血利水方联合自体腹水浓缩回输治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的效果。方法将2013年1—11月北京军区总医院全军肝病治疗中心收治的肝硬化顽固性腹水90例分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。两组均给予常规治疗和腹水浓缩回输治疗,观察组在此基础上加用补气活血利水方药。观察两组临床疗效、肝肾功能、体液及细胞免疫功能变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),肝功能和免疫学指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组肝肾功能和免疫指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.05)。结论补气活血利水方联合腹水浓缩回输可以明显改善肝硬化顽固性腹水患者的肝肾功能,且能提高其体液和细胞免疫功能。Objective To observe the curative effect of Buqi Huoxue Lishui decoction combined with autologous concentrated ascites reinfusion in treatment of liver cirrhosis patients with refractory ascites. Methods A total of 90 liver cirrhosis patients with refractory ascites admitted from January to November 2013 were divided into observation group（ n = 45） and control group（ n = 45）. All the patients were treated with conventional therapy and concentrated ascites reinfusion,while the observation group was given additional Buqi Huoxue Lishui decoction. The curative effects and changes of liver and kidney functions and humoral and cellular immune function in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the liver function and immunological indexes in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The hepatonephric function and immunological indexes were significantly improved compared with those of pretherapy in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Buqi Huoxue Lishui decoction combined with concentrated ascites reinfusion may significantly improve the hepatonephric function of liver cirrhosis patients with refractory ascites and the humoral and cellular immune function as well.
