农业龙头企业管理者胜任力与其管理绩效的关系

摘　　要：根据胜任力相关理论,结合农业龙头企业特征,提出了农业龙头企业管理者胜任力初拟指标和管理绩效指标,并基于调研数据探究龙头企业管理者胜任力构成模型,分析龙头企业管理者胜任力对其管理绩效的影响。结果表明:行业信息控制、外联关系建设、生产系统控制、领导特质展示、产品研发创新、企业商务策划等六个维度23项指标是农业龙头企业管理者胜任力模型的较好组成部分;龙头企业管理者的生产系统管理、企业商务策划和行业信息控制三方面胜任力对管理绩效的影响突出。According to the competency related theory, combined with the characteristics of agricultural leading enterprises, the paper puts forward the initial indicators of management competency and management performance indicators of enterprise managers in leading agricultural enterprises, and makes a thorough inquiry into the management competency structure model based on the survey data, analyzes the relationship between the management competency and management performance. The results show that 23 indicators from six dimensions which are the industry information control, outreach relationship building, the production system control, demonstration of leadership traits, innovation of researching and developing product and business planning are the better parts of management competency model of enterprise managers in agricultural leading enterprise; the production system control, business planning and the industry information control have prominent impact on management performance.
