Nd:YAG激光联合Metapex糊剂治疗难治性根尖周炎的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价采用Nd:YAG激光联合Metapex糊剂治疗难治性根尖周炎的临床效果。方法选取2012年9月至2014年9月我院收治的110例难治性根尖周炎患者为研究对象,根据就诊顺序将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各55例。实验组采用Nd:YAG激光联合Metapex糊剂进行治疗,对照组则单独采用Metapex糊剂进行治疗。观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,实验组的总有效率为90.91%,显著高于对照组的72.73%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Nd:YAG激光联合Metapex糊剂能有效治疗难治性根尖周炎。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Nd：YAG laser combined with Metapex paste in the treatment of refractory periapical periodontitis. Methods 110 cases of patients with refractory periapical periodontitis treated in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the registration order, with 55 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group were given Nd：YAG laser combined with Metapex paste for treating, and the patients in the control group were only treated with Metapex paste. The treatment effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.91%, significantly higher than 72.73% of the control group, with statistical difference（P 0.05）. Conclusions Nd：YAG laser combined with Metapex paste has effective treatment effect on refractory periapical periodontitis.
