摘　　要：根据对香港社联这一个案——"点"的研究,和香港社会服务发展的优质社会生态环境——"面"的分析,本文认为香港发达的社会服务体系在很多方面值得内地借鉴。在考量香港经验与内地自身特色的基础上,内地的社会服务构建需要关注以下三个方面:一是社会服务供给的路径选择——政府与非政府组织的伙伴关系;二是社会服务供给的专业保障——社会工作的有效介入;三是社会服务供给的机制设计——服务使用者的积极参与。According to studying HKCSS and the developmental environment of social services in Hong Kong, this paper argues that the developed social service system in Hong Kong is worth the mainland to learn in many aspects. On the basis of the Hong Kong's experiences and the mainland's actual situation, three key aspects should be pay attention to: the first is the way of social service provision——the partnership between government and NGO; the second is the professional security of social service provision——the intervention of social work; the third is the mechanism design of social service provision——the users' active participation.
