摘 要:道路坡度是影响车辆安全行驶和稳定操纵的重要参数。提出了三种道路坡度的测试方法 ,搭建了基于GPS、VN100传感器和车身CAN控制器的汽车道路试验系统,并对试验结果进行误差分析。基于坡度阻力的方法,建立了滚阻系数、风阻系数、传动系效率3个未知系数的运动学非线性微分方程,根据实车滑行试验数据,利用Matlab求解出各阻力系数,并作为已知参数带入到汽车行驶方程式,计算出道路坡度。爬坡试验误差分析结果表明,基于GPS和VN100传感器的方法准确性较高,基于坡度阻力的方法坡度估计误差稍大,主要原因是坡度阻力方法中存在模型复杂和模型参数辨识精度低的问题,但都在7%以内,从而验证了这三种方法测试坡度的准确性和可行性,实际应用中可根据汽车工况选定。Road slope is the key factor that influences vehicle's safety and stability control. Three methods for road slope test were put forward, and the corresponding test systems were set up based on GPS, VN100 sensors and CAN controller. Based on these test systems, the systematic tests were conducted and the test results were analyzed comparatively. In the method of testing slope resistance, the dynamic nonlinear differential equations were built, and its rolling resistance coefficient, air resistance coefficient, and transmission efficiency, were identified based on the coasting test data with Matlab software and used for the vehicle driving equation. The comparative test results indicated that the method of GPS and VN100 sensors was more accurate than the method of slope resistance, because of its complex dynamic model and low parameters identification precision. However their test errors were all less than 7%. These three test methods for road slope were accurate and feasible, and could be chosen to use dependent on the vehicle driving state.
