摘 要:采用硅烷偶联剂对埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)进行表面改性,通过溶液聚合法制备了聚(丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺)/埃洛石纳米管复合吸水材料,借助红外光谱分析证实了复合材料的化学结构。进一步研究了复合材料的耐盐性能与凝胶强度。结果表明:当HNTs用量为10wt%,交联剂用量为0.03wt%,丙烯酸中和度为80%,聚合温度为70℃,复合材料吸盐水率可达120.5g/g;增加HNTs用量与丙烯酸中和度导致复合材料凝胶强度先增大后减小,提高交联剂用量和反应温度则使凝胶强度逐渐增大;复合材料的保水性能明显优于聚(丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺)吸水材料。Surface of HNTs was modified with silane coupling agent.Then Poly(AA-AM)/HNTs superabsorbent composites were prepared via solution polymerization,and their chemical structure was confirmed with FTIR.The salty tolerance and gel strength of the composites were also studied.It was shown that,when the HNTs content was 10wt%,crosslinker amount was 0.03wt%,neutralization degree of AA was 80%,polymerization temperature was 70℃,the adsorption rate of the composites on salt-water reached 120.5g/g.With the increase of HNTs content and neutralization degree of AA,the gel strength of the composites increased firstly and then reduced.While such gel strength increased continuously with increasing crosslinker amount and polymerization temperature.Comparing with Poly(AA-AM),the composites showed better water retention capacity.
