摘 要:在室温条件下,采用射频磁控溅射法在涤纶(PET)针刺过滤毡表面制备了纳米结构铜薄膜。通过正交试验分析了溅射主要工艺参数(工作气压、溅射功率和沉积时间)对PET滤料抗静电性能的影响,并以优化溅射工艺所制备抗静电过滤毡与纱线型涤纶防静电针刺过滤毡和混纺型涤纶防静电针刺过滤毡进行了性能比较。研究表明,经镀膜后PET过滤毡的抗静电性能得到了显著改善,并且抗静电性能明显优于纱线型和混纺型的抗静电过滤毡。通过对过滤性能的测试发现,沉积铜薄膜几乎不影响PET滤料的原有过滤性能。Nano-copper film was deposited on polyester needle-punched filter felt by RF magnetron sputtering.The influence of main sputtering parameters(air pressure,sputtering power and deposition time)on antistatic property of PET filter material was analyzed through orthogonal test.The property of the antistatic filter felt got under optimized technological conditions was compared with that of yarn-type and blending-type antistatic filter felts.Experimental results showed that the antistatic properties of PET filter felt were significantly improved after coating,and its antistatic property was much better than that of the other two types.Furthermore,it was found that the copper film on the PET felt had little effect on the original filtration performance.
