摘　　要：Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器是一种无阀门设计的新型房水引流装置,临床上主要用于前房较深的青光眼患者的手术治疗。本文将从Ex-PRESS引流器的设计与生物特征、手术方式的发展和现行的标准术式、手术适应证和禁忌证、并对比分析该手术与小梁切除术及Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术的临床特性、适应证及疗效5个方面进行综述。The Ex-PRESS glaucoma filtration device is a new type of aqueous hu- mor filtration device designed without valve, it is mainly used for surgical treatment of glaucoma with deeper anterior chamber in clinic. In this article, the design and biologi- cal characteristics about Ex-PRESS glaucoma filtration device, development of surgical procedure,standard surgicaltechnique, indications and contraindications about the Ex- PRESS glaucoma filtration device implantation will be reviewed. In addition, the thera- peutic effect and security between Ex-PRESS implantation and trabeculectomy in open angle glaucoma,and the clinical features about Ahmed glaucoma value and Ex-PRESS glaucoma filtration device are also reviewed.
