摘  要:采用加压渗流法制备高si(体积分数)的Sip/A1复合材料,并通过等温热处理改善复合材料中si颗粒的形态及其与铝基体的结合,消除了复合材料中的缩松缺陷。结果表明,加压渗流法制备的Sip/A1复合材料中si的体积分数可以达到65%;在570~610℃之间进行保温处理后,复合材料中的si颗粒通过部分溶解和再析出,形态变得更加圆整,其与基体金属的界面结合状态也得到显著改善。另外,通过等温处理还能在很大程度上消除渗流法制备的复合材料中的缩松缺陷。Sip/A1 composites with high volume fraction of silicon was prepared by pressure infiltration method. Then isothermal heat treatment was conducted for Sip/A1 composites to improve the morpholo- gy of Si particles and interfacial bonding between Si particles and the aluminum matrix to eliminate the shrinkage defects in the composites prepared. The results indicate that the volume fraction of silicon in Sip/A1 composites can reach up to 65%. After holding temperature at 570~610 ℃, the Si particles in the composites can be spheroidized gradually by partially dissolving and re-precipitation process. Mean- while, the interfacial bonding of Si particles and matrix metal is significantly improved. In addition, the infiltration defects of the composites prepared can be eliminated largely by isothermal treatment.
