摘　　要：通过对食品生产中的千层酥生产线的自动化控制分析,将以往类似生产线的人工手动控制改换成计算机控制;通过采用工业现场总线,分层架构,实现了整条生产线的实时数据交汇,提高了生产效率;通过采用变频调速系统、步进控制系统,实现了整条生产线的无级调速,以及对轧面厚度的闭环控制;同时,采用上位计算机,实现了便捷的配方管理,使生产线在新产品工艺调试时或变更生产其它种类的食品时,更迅捷和方便。Through to the automation control analysis for the puff pastry production line,a method of computercontrol for the production line was described. Through the adoption of industrial field bus,layered architecture,thissystem realized the real-time data exchange of the whole production line,improved the production efficiency. By usingfrequency control system,stepper control system,realized the stepless speed change at whole production line,and theclosed loop control for the thickness of the crust. At the same time,the use of computer,realized the convenient recipemanagement,make it more fast and convenient for the new product process adjustment or changing the production linefor other kinds of food production.
