摘　　要：现代生物技术的创新过程具有明显的"接力创新"特质,而知识产权运营,尤其是专利运营,对于相关企业在"接力创新"中获利显得尤为重要。在已有研究的基础上,运用多案例研究的方法,通过对8个典型案例的实证研究了专家型公司和核心公司的接力方式、接力时机、所采取的专利策略,以及接力目的、动机和实施效果;研究了不同专利接力策略的风险及应对措施。The innovation process of the modern bio-technology is characterized by ＇Relay Innovation＇, meanwhile, the operation of the intellectual property rights, especially the patent operation, is very important to the relative en-terprises. It is based on the existing research, with the research method of multi-case study, uses 8 typical cases to verify the different operation modes of the patent of the expert company and the core company under the dif-ferent ways of relay cooperation. We analyze the relay types, timings, patent strategies and the motives, objects and effects of these cases as well as the risks and countermeasures of each different IPR strategies. We are loo-king forward to providing effective references to the modern bio-technology enterprises in China for the intellectual property rights management and practice.
