摘 要:目的:影响机用镍钛器械分离的因素很多,本研究从消毒液浸泡、超声清洗与高温高压消毒入手探寻其与器械分离的关系。方法:(1) ProTaper( PT)、TwistedFiles( TF)机动镍钛器械各20套,随机分为A1、B1、C1、D14组,每组5套PT,5套TF,按不同浸泡时间(不浸泡,50分钟,150分钟,250分钟)进行处理;(2)ProTaper(PT)、TwistedFiles(TF)机动镍钛器械各20套,随机分为A2、B2、C2、D24组,每组5套PT,5套TF,按不同的超声清洗时间(不清洗,50分钟,150分钟,250分钟)进行处理;(3) Pro-Taper( PT)、TwistedFiles( TF)机动镍钛器械各20套,随机分为A3、B3、C3、D34组,每组5套PT,5套TF,按不同高温高压消毒次数(不消毒,5次,15次,25次)进行处理,处理后对相同锥度的树脂模拟根管进行预备,直至每只根管锉发生分离,统计器械发生分离的时间。结果:经过消毒液浸泡处理后,PT、TF使用时间差异不明显(P>0.05),经过超声清洗处理后,PT使用时间减少,差异明显(P<0.05),TF使用时间差异不明显(P>0.05),经过高温高压消毒处理后,PT、TF使用时间减少,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:消毒液浸泡对PT、TF使用时间影响不显著,超声清洗对PT使用时间影响显著,超声清洗对TF使用时间影响显著,高温高压消毒对PT、TF使用时间影响显著。Objective:There are many factors affect the machine separation of nickel-titanium instruments.This study from soaking,ultrasonic cleaning and high temperature and high pressure apparatus of exploring its relationship with the separation equipment.Methods:PT,TF mobile 20 sets of nickel-titanium instrument, randomly divided into 4 groups, each group of 5 sets of PT, each group of 5 sets of TF.According to the different soaking time for processing;PT, TF mobile 20 sets of nickel-titanium instrument, randomly divid-ed into 4 groups, each group of 5 sets of PT, each group of 5 sets of TF.According to the different ultrasonic cleaning time;PT, TF mo-bile 20 sets of nickel-titanium instrument, randomly divided into 4 groups, each group of 5 sets of PT,each group of 5 sets of TF.Accord-ing to the high temperature and high pressure disinfection frequency for processing,after processing the same taper resin simulated root ca-nal preparation,until each root canal file separation,statistical instrument separation time.Results:After soaking treatment PT,TF using time difference is not obvious(P〉0.05)after dealing with the ultrasonic cleaning PT use less time, difference is obvious(P〈0.05)TF u-sing time difference is not obvious(〉0.05)after dealing with the high temperature and high pressure disinfection PT, TF, use less time, difference is obvious(P〈0.05)Conclusion:Disinfectant soaking effecting PT, TF on using time was not significant, ultrasonic cleaning effectting on PT time was significant,ultrasonic cleaning effecting on TF time was significant, high temperature and high pressure disinfec-tion effecting on PT,TF use time significantly.
