摘　　要：文章从日常生活的休闲和审美角度来分析宋词,从人的感官的精致化,即内在自然的进一步人化为起点,通过审美观照使日常生活内容无一不可以入词,而情感的深化和理智的哲思最终又让宋词达到了对生命的旷达和超越境界。宋词主题内蕴的发展深化正契合了休闲境界的提升过程,从日常生活的享乐和愉快走向审美的自由与超越。From the perspective of daily life of leisure and aesthetics , this paper analyzes Song Ci from the sensory refinement, which further humanizes nature as a starting point , thus takes everything into aesthetic daily life account.The emotional depth and rational thinking let the Song Ci of life beyond the realm of life . And it is believed that the development of the theme deepens Song Ci＆#39;s content and fits it into the leisure realm of ascension process from the enjoyment of daily life and happy towards aesthetic freedom and surpass .
