创业导向、创新意愿与在孵企业创新绩效——孵化环境的调节作用

摘　　要：基于创业导向理论和理性行为理论,采用"创业战略构念—创新意愿—创新行为"的理论范式,构建了创业导向(EO)、创新意愿、孵化环境与在孵企业创新绩效关系的理论模型,利用256家科技型在孵企业的调研数据进行实证分析.结果表明:两种类型创业导向对在孵企业创新绩效均具有显著正向影响作用,其中创造型EO的影响更大;创新意愿分别在发现型EO与创新绩效之间、创造型EO和创新绩效之间起完全中介和部分中介作用;孵化环境在两类创业导向与创新绩效之间以及创造型EO与创新意愿之间均具有正向调节作用,在发现型EO和创新意愿之间的调节作用并不显著.Based on entrepreneurial orientation theory, reasoned action theory, and＂ entrepreneurial strategy construct-innovation intention-innovation behavior＂ theoretical paradigm, it examined the relationships among entrepreneurial orientation （EO） , incubated firms＇ innovation intention, incubation environment and innovation performance. The survey data came from questionnaires of 256 incubated technology-based firms in Dalian. Empirical results show that both two types of EO have positive effect on incubated firms＇ innovation performance, and the effect of creation-based EO is greater. Innovation intention plays a fully mediating role on the relationship of discovery-based EO and incubated firms＇ innovation performance, as well as a partially mediating role on the relationship of creation-based EO and incubated firms＇ innovation performance. Incubation environment has positive moderating effect not only on the relationships between two types of EO and innovation performance, but also on the relationship between creation-based EO and innovation intention but its moderating effect on the relationship between discovery-based EO and innovation intention is not significant.
