摘  要:肾移植是治疗终末期肾病综合症的主要方法之一,供体肾脏离体后的低温保存是影响手术成功的重要因素。本文阐述了一种简便、精度高、控制速度快的离体肾脏保存箱的温度控制系统的研制过程。该系统采用半导体变温技术来控制离体肾脏保存箱的温度,其测温传感器采用稳定性好、示值复现性高的铂电阻(Pt100),温度控制策略采用PID控制。测试结果表明,系统在工作环境(23℃±2℃)条件下的温度过冲<0.3℃,温度控制精度为±0.2℃,符合离体肾脏保存对温度的要求。Renal transplantation is one of the main treatments for the end-stage nephrotic syndrome. In order to improve the success rate of transplantation, the donor kidney should be preserved in low temperature before transplantation. In this paper, an easy-to-use temperature control system with high precision and rapid response speed for isolated kidney preservation device was presented. The semiconductor temperature control technology was applied in this system to control the temperature of isolated kidneys. The platinum resistance (Ptl00) was used as temperature sensor and the PID (proportional-integral-derivative) controller was taken as the temperature control policies. According to the experimental results, the temperature overshoot of the system was less than 0.3℃ and the temperature accuracy was ±0.2℃ when it worked at the temperature of 23℃±2℃, which satisfied the temperature requirements of preservation of isolated kidneys.
