摘 要:目的:探讨躯体形式障碍患者亲属焦虑、抑郁状况及健康教育干预效果。方法将100名躯体形式障碍患者亲属随机分为两组,研究组进行常规健康教育,观察4周。采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表对两组进行评定分析。结果健康教育前患者亲属焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分显著高于国内常模( P<0.01),其中61.0%的亲属有焦虑症状,39.0%的亲属有抑郁症状,34.0%的亲属二者均存在。健康教育后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均显著下降,但研究组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01)。结论躯体形式障碍患者亲属存在明显的焦虑抑郁情绪,对其进行健康教育能有效缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高心理健康水平。Objective To explore anxiety and depression status and effect of health education in relatives of patients with somatoform disorders (SD) .Methods A total of 100 relatives of SD patients were randomly assigned to two groups ,research group received routine health education for 4 weeks .Assessments were conducted with the Self‐rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self‐rating Depression Scale (SDS) .Results Be‐fore health education the SAS and SDS scores of both groups were significantly higher compared with in‐ternal norm (P〈0 .01) ,61 .0% of relatives had anxious ,39 .0% did depressive ,and 34 .0% did both anx‐ious and depressive symptoms .After health education the SAS and SDS scores of both groups lowered more significantly ,so did those in research than control group ( P〈0 .01) .Conclusion Relatives of SD patients have obvious anxious‐depressive emotions ,health education could effectively relieve their anxious and depressive emotions and improve their mental health levels .
