摘　　要：医师多点执业从试行以来,实际效果并不显著,政策经多次修订,正逐步解决试行过程中遇到的瓶颈和阻力。研究医师多点执业政策在宏观执行与微观执行过程中的问题,剖析产生问题的原因,提出解决的对策,有助于加快推进和完善医师多点执业,推动保障医务人员权益的社会化管理,消除阻碍医师有序流动的不合理规定,完善鼓励多点执业的政策措施。Since the trial of doctors＇ multi-sited practice,the actual effect has not been significant. By repeated revisions of the policies,the problems of bottleneck and resistance encountered in the trial are gradually solved. By researching the problems of multi-sited policies in macro and micro implementation process,the paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forw ard the corresponding countermeasures and w ays,w hich contributes to accelerating and perfecting multi-sited practice,promoting socialized management of the guarantee for medical w orkers,eliminating unreasonable rules hindering doctors＇ orderly turnover,and improving the policies and measures for doctors in multi-sited practice.
