摘　　要：以机械类专业毕业生为研究样本,通过分析毕业生的就业情况,提出了促进毕业生就业的措施和方法 :培养实践创新能力、优化专业结构、深化课程改革、推进校企合作模式、加强就业创业指导、加强道德教育等。以期为毕业生就业教育工作提供一些参考。Based on research sample of mechanical graduates and analyzing the situation of employment, the paper points out some measures and methods to promote employment of graduates. The methods consist of cultivating innovative spirit and practice ability, optimizing major structure, deepening curriculum reform, carrying forward the model of school-enterprise cooperation, strengthening guidance of employment and entrepreneurship, strengthening moral education, etc. The purpose of this study is to provide guidance for fellow colleagues, who engage in the employment education of graduates.
