摘　　要：目的探讨Krüppel样转录因子8(Krüppel-like factor 8,KLF8)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)蛋白在皮肤黑素瘤组织中的表达及其意义。方法30例原发性皮肤黑素瘤(primary malignant melanoma,PCMM)患者(PCMM组),13例转移性黑素瘤(metastatic malignant melanoma,MCMM)患者(MCMM组)和30例皮内痣患者(皮内痣组),3组采用免疫组织化学法检测不同组织中KLF8和VEGF的表达情况。结果 PCMM组和MCMM组KLF8和VEGF蛋白均呈强阳性表达,PCMM组和MCMM组KLF8和VEGF阳性率(73.33%、76.77%,76.92%、84.62%)和阳性细胞率((3.264±0.598)%、(5.382±0.839)%,(3.726±0.811)%、(5.534±1.376)%)均高于皮内痣组(13.33%、23.33%,(1.489±0.671)%、(2.750±0.592)%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCMM组与MCMM组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PCMM组和MCMM组KLF8与VEGF蛋白阳性率和阳性细胞率均呈正相关(r=0.912,P=0.000;r=0.859,P=0.006)。结论皮肤黑素瘤的发生、发展与KLF8和VEGF高表达有关。Objective To investigate the expressions of Kruppel-like factor 8（KLF8）and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）protein in malignant melanoma and their significance.Methods The expressions of KLF8 and VEGF protein were detected by immunohistochemical technique in 30 cases of primary cutaneous malignant melanoma（PCMM）,13 cases of metastatic cutaneous malignant melanoma（MCMM）and 30 cases of intradermal nevi.Results KLF8 and VEGF protein were strongly expressed in PCMM and MCMM groups.The positive rates were 73.33%and 76.77%,and the mean positive cell rates were（3.264±0.598）% and（5.382±0.839）%in PCMM group,and 76.92%,84.62%,（3.726±0.811）% and（5.534±1.376）% in MCMM group,significantly higher than those in intradermal nevi group（13.33%,23.33%,（1.489±0.671）%,（2.750±0.592）%）（P〈0.05）,showing no significant differences between PCMM and MCMM groups（P〉0.05）.The positive rates and mean positive cell rates of KLF8 were positively correlated with VEGF in PCMM and MCMM groups（r=0.912,P=0.000;r=0.859,P=0.006）.Conclusion High expressions of KLF8 and VEGF proteins may be correlated with the development and progression of cutaneous melanoma.
