摘　　要：目的探讨CD8+CD28-Ts细胞在急性白血病患者化疗前、后外周血表达变化。方法急性白血病初诊患者40例为初诊组,化疗后完全缓解患者30例为缓解组,体检健康者30例为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测各组外周血CD8+CD28-Ts细胞的表达情况。结果缓解组外周血CD8+CD28-Ts细胞表达率((35.65±17.04)%)高于初诊组((23.71±7.51)%)和对照组((17.82±3.57)%)(P<0.01),初诊组高于对照组(P<0.01);初诊组CD8+CD28-Ts细胞与CD8+T细胞呈正相关(r=0.785,P=0.000)。结论 CD8+CD28-Ts细胞在急性白血病初诊患者和化疗后完全缓解患者的外周血中表达明显偏高,有免疫抑制作用。Objective To explore the changes of CD8＋CD28-Ts cell in peripheral blood of acute leukemia patients before and after chemotherapy.Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of CD8＋CD28-Ts cell in peripheral blood of 40 patients with newly diagnosed acute leukemia（newly diagnosis group）,30 patients with complete remission after chemotherapy（remission group）and 30 healthy volunteers（control group）.Results The expression rate of CD8＋CD28-Ts cell was the highest in remission group（（35.65±17.04）%）,followed by newly diagnosis group（（23.71±7.51）%）and control group（（17.82±3.57）%）（P〈0.01）.CD8＋CD28-Ts cell was positively correlated with CD8＋T cell（r=0.685,P=0.000）in newly diagnosis group.Conclusion The expression of CD8＋CD28-Ts cell in peripheral blood is obviously high in patients with newly diagnosed acute leukemia and patients with complete remission after chemotherapy,and it has immunosuppressive action.
