双侧乳腺导管内癌并乳头溢液4例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨以乳头溢液为主要症状的双侧乳腺导管内癌临床诊疗方法。方法回顾性分析4例双侧乳腺导管内癌合并乳头溢液患者的临床资料。结果 4例均行彩超检查,3例行乳管镜检查,2例行乳腺钼靶检查;其中1例彩超检查发现双侧肿块;1例彩超发现双侧肿块同时乳管镜发现双侧乳头状瘤样改变;1例彩超发现左侧肿块、钼靶提示双侧钙化,而乳管镜发现左侧乳头状瘤样改变;1例彩超未见肿块,钼靶提示右侧钙化,乳管镜发现双侧乳头状瘤样改变。结论在超声基础上加行钼靶、乳管镜检查有助于以乳头溢液为主要症状的双侧乳腺导管内癌的检出。Objective To explore the diagnosis of bilateral ductal carcinoma in situ complicated with nipple discharge.Methods The clinical data of 4cases of bilateral ductal carcinoma in situ complicated with nipple discharge were retrospectively analyzed.Results All these 4 cases underwent ultrasound examination,3 cases underwent breast ductoscopy and 2cases underwent molybdenum target X-ray examination.One case was found bilateral masses by ultrasound.One case was revealed bilateral masses by ultrasound,and at the same time was found bilateral papilloma by breast ductoscopy.One case was revealed left breast mass by ultrasound,bilateral calcification by molybdenum target Xray examination and left breast papilloma by breast ductoscopy.One case was revealed no mass by ultrasound,right breast calcification by molybdenum target X-ray examination and bilateral papilloma by breast ductoscopy.Conclusion Ultrasound combined molybdenum target X-ray examination and ductoscopy contributes to the detection of bilateral ductal carcinoma in situ with the main symptom of nipple discharge.
