摘　　要：视网膜神经变性性疾病是引起视力下降的主要原因之一,TNF-α作为一种具有多效生物学活性的炎性细胞因子,与其受体结合后通过多种信号通路,在青光眼、缺血性视网膜病变、年龄相关性黄斑变性和色素性视网膜炎等视网膜神经变性性疾病的病理生理过程中发挥重要作用。Retinal neural degeneration diseases is one of the main causes of vision loss,TNF-α as an inflammatory cytokine with pleiotropic biological activity,after binding to its receptor by a variety of signaling pathways,may have play critical role in pathogenesis of retinal neural degeneration diseases including glaucoma,ischemic retinopathy,age-related macular degeneration and retinitis pigmentosa.
