摘　　要：目的分析四川省乡村医生队伍养老保险、医疗保险覆盖情况及选择类型,为四川省乡村医生队伍养老保障、医疗保障政策出台打好基础,做出指导。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,调查并分析四川省三类经济地区183名乡村医生保障情况。结果四川省乡村医生养老保险覆盖率为36.61%,以城镇居民养老保险为主,且大多数为乡村医生自行购买;医疗保险覆盖所有调查对象,参加新型农村合作医疗为乡村医生主要的医疗保障形式。结论应加大政府卫生投入,减轻乡村医生养老保险购买负担,还应尽快明确乡村医生"身份",明确其归属;加快政策出台,保障乡村医生"老有所养,老有所终"。OBJECTIVE Analyze the coverage of endowment insurance and medical insurance of rural doctors in Sichuan Province. And lay a foundation for the policy of rural doctors＇ endowment insurance and medical insurance. METHODS Adopt the stratified cluster random sampling , explore and analyze the security system of 183 rural doctors in three economical areas of Sichuan. RE- SULTS The coverage rate of endowment insurance of rural doctors in Sichuan is 36.61%, urban residents＇ endowment insurance ac- counts for a larger proportion , and most of rural doctors purchase it by themselves. Health insurance covered all subjects, The new rural cooperative medical care is the main form of health care for rural doctors. CONCLUSION The government should increase the health spending, reduce the financial burden of rural doctors buying endowment insurance, and be clear to rural doctors ＂identity＂ as soon as possible; to speed up publishing policy, guarantee the security system of rural doctors that ＂The old could be taken care by others until they pass away＂.
