摘  要:通过建立"采煤机网络参数化CAD系统",为煤机装备设计与制造企业提供参数化CAD资源共享服务以提高设计效率,缩短设计周期,阐述了系统建立的必要性并详细介绍了体系结构,关键技术以及功能特征,综合应用UG二次开发工具和Microsoft Visual C++6.0编程软件开发了基于UG的采煤机零件参数化CAD系统,利用Microsoft Visual C++6.0编写COM组件,以ASP网络技术建立基本网络站点并调用COM组件及相关文件,建立了基于Web的采煤机零件的参数化CAD系统。以采煤机截割部摇臂斑卓块进行应用实例分析,显著提高了其设计效率,同时为其它机械装备建立参数化平台提供了借鉴和参考。Provided sharing services of parametric CAD resource for the coal equipment design and manufacturing enterprises to improve design efficiency and shorten the design cycle through the establishment of “Shearer Parts Network parametric CAD system”, and described the necessity of the establishment of the system and introducedarchitecture, key technology and functional characteristics in detail. The UG secondary development tolls and the Microsoft Visual C++6.0 program of software were applied to develop the parametric design system of shearer parts based on UG, compiling COM with Microsoft Visual C++6.0, basic networking sites were created by ASP, COM and related documents were called by ASP, building the Web- based parametric CAD systems of shearer. Taking the cease of the block plaque of the ranging arm in the shearer cutting unit as an example, the practicality and simplicity of the method were confirmed with the practical cases.
