摘　　要：为探讨应用^18F—FDG显像剂行PET／CT联合WBDWI诊断直肠腺癌病理分化程度的应用价值，选取了不同分化程度（高分化、中分化、低分化）的直肠腺癌各10例，进行PET／CT及WB-DWI检查，并将其检查结果与病理结果进行对比和做相关性分析。结果显示，30例中，PET／CT检查指标SUV值在高、中、低分化腺癌中呈上升趋势，而WB-DWI的检查指标ADC值呈下降趋势，rSUV值与rADC值呈负相关。结果表明，应用^18F-FDG显像剂行PET／CT和WB-DWI的联合检查可以为诊断直肠腺癌的病理分化程度提供参考，是一种较好的术前检查方法。This study was to explore the application value of the integration of ^18F-FDG positron emission tomography（PET）/computer tomography（CT） and whole body diffusion weighted imaging（WB-DWI） in diagnosing pathological differentiation degree of rectal adenocarcinoma, selected 30 cases of rectal adenocarcinoma（high-differentiation, 10 cases ; mid-differentiation, 10 cases ; low-differentiation, 10 cases） to be sub- jected to PET/CT and WB-DWI check-up,then compared the obtained results with their pathological ex- amination finding and took relativity analysis. As results, the standard uptake value（SUV） of PET/CT check-up indexes was elevated in proper order from high to low differentiation,but the WB-DWI check-up indexes apparent diffusion coefficient （ADC） became lower trend, and relative standard uptake value （rSUV） was negatively related to relative apparent diffusion coefficient（rADC） value.Results show that above the integration check-up can provide the reference for diagnosing pathological differentiation degree of rectal adenocarcinoma,therefore,it colud be a better preoperative examination method.
