摘 要:目的探讨不同类型高中学生精神压力情况,为制订干预措施,促进青少年身心健康发展提供科学依据。方法整群随机抽取辽宁省7个地市重点高中、普通高中、职业高中学生,合计11 895人,对其进行问卷调查。指标包括7项:缺乏安全感、孤独感、学习压力、失眠、打算出走、尝试出走、离家出走。结果不同高中男生,"缺乏安全感"和"孤独感"这2项指标差异无统计学意义,其他5项差异有统计学意义;不同高中女生,7项精神压力指标差异有统计学意义。报告率较低的有:重点高中男生的"离家出走",重点高中女生的"尝试出走",职业高中男、女生的"学习压力""打算出走";报告率较高的有:重点高中女生的"缺乏安全感"和"孤独感",职业高中男、女生的"失眠""离家出走",还有职业高中男生的"尝试出走"。结论职业高中男女生学习压力小,但失眠、离家出走较多;重点高中女生的安全感、孤独感需要关注。Objective To explore the status of mood disorders(MD) in different types of senior middle school(SMS) students,so as to provide the evidence for formulating the interventions to improve the health of young people.Methods A total of 11 895 students from three types of SMS,the key high school(KHS),the ordinary high school(OHS),and the vocational high school(VHS),were selected with the cluster sample method and surveyed for their MD.The 7 indicators of MD included security lack(SL),loneliness bear(LB),learning pressure(LP),sleep disorders(SD),runaway planning(RP),runaway attempt(RA),and run away from home(RH).Results In the male students,there were no significant differences among the three types of SMS for SL and LB;however,there were significant differences for other 5 indicators.In the female,there were significant differences among the three types of SMS for all the 7 indicators.In general,the lower reporting rates included RH of the male in KHS,RA of the female in KHS,and the LP and RP in VHS(both male and female);the higher reporting rates included SL and LB of the female in KHS,SD and RH in VHS(both male and female);and the RH of the male in VHS.Conclusion Both the male and female in VHS have lower LP,but higher SD and RH.We should pay more attention to the female in KHS on the SL and LB.
