荆花胃康胶丸联合PPI三联疗法治疗Hp相关性慢性胃炎52例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察荆花胃康胶丸联合PPI三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性慢性胃炎的治疗效果。[方法]将104例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予兰索拉唑30mg bid+阿莫西林1 000mg bid+克拉霉素500mg bid+荆花胃康胶丸160mg tid,治疗10d后,再单独服用荆花胃康胶丸2周;对照组给予兰索拉唑30mg bid+阿莫西林1 000mg bid+克拉霉素500mg bid+枸橼酸铋钾220mg bid,治疗10d。比较2组治疗后的症状改善情况,以及停药28d后Hp的根除效果。[结果]在Hp根除方面,2组的根除率分别为84.4%、88.9%,差异无统计学意义;在症状改善方面,2组较前均有明显改善(P<0.05),其中荆花胃康胶丸组在改善上腹胀、嗳气、上腹痛方面优于含铋剂四联组(P<0.05)。[结论]2组根除Hp效果相当,但荆花胃康胶丸组在改善症状方面的效果更为明显。[Objective]To observe the effect of Jinghua Weikang Capsule（JWC）combined with PPI triple therapy on Hp-related chronic gastritis.[Methods]One hundred and four cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group received lansoprazole 30 mg bid,amoxicillin 1 000 mg bid,clarithromycin 500 mg bid,JWC 160 mg tid for 10 days,then JWC alone for another two weeks;control group was administrated with Lan Sola azole 30 mg bid,amoxicillin 1 000 mg bid,clarithromycin 500 mg bid,bismuth potassium citrate 220 mg bid for 10 days.After the treatment,the improvement of symptoms and eradication effect of Hp between the two groups was compared.[Results]The eradication rates of the two groups were 84.4%and 88.9%,the difference was not statistically significant;the symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after the treatment compared with before（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,improvements of bloating,belching and abdominal pain in the treatment group were significantly better（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The effects of both groups on Hp eradication were similar,but the JWC group showed a more significant effect on the improvement of symptoms.
