胆胃方治疗十二指肠胃食管反流肝胃不和证的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]通过临床研究观察胆胃方治疗十二指肠胃食管反流肝胃不和证的疗效。[方法]53例患者,均经内镜检查、食管24hpH及胆红素监测证实为十二指肠胃食管反流,且为单纯性胆汁反流,中医辨证属肝胃不和证,给予胆胃方口服,疗程4周。观察治疗前后主要症状以及中医症候改善情况。[结果]治疗前后患者烧心、反酸、胸痛、胃脘灼痛等主要症状积分明显改善(P<0.01),中医证候愈显率为66.0%,总有效率为96.2%。[结论]胆胃方治疗十二指肠胃食管反流肝胃不和证疗效确切。[Objective]To observe the efficacy of Danwei formula in treating duodenogastricesophageal（DGER）reflux with disharmony of liver and stomach.[Methods]A total of 53cases（DGER）with simple bile reflux were confirmed by endoscopy,esophageal 24 hpH and bilirubin monitoring,diagnosed as disharmony of liver and stomach by TCM.After administered with Danwei formula orally for 4weeks,the main symptoms and TCM syndromes were observed before and after the treatment.[Results]As compared with those before the treatment,the scores of heartburn,acid reflux,chest pain,epigastric burning and other major symptoms improved significantly（P〈0.01）,the remarkablely effective rate of TCM syndromes was66.0% and the total efficiency of syndromes was 96.2%.[Conclusion]Danwei formula has a significant effect in treating duodenogastricesophageal reflux with disharmony of liver and stomach.
