摘　　要：目的研究破壁灵芝孢子提取物对裸鼠卵巢上皮性癌细胞的生长抑制作用、增强化疗药物紫杉醇作用的机制。方法以人卵巢癌移植瘤为研究对象,以破壁灵芝孢子粉提取物为处理因素,应用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测实验组和对照组瘤体组织中let-7的表达情况。结果 let-7的阳性表达情况:在实验组瘤体组织中呈高表达,在对照组呈低表达;其中灵芝+紫杉醇组表达最高,差异有统计学意义(F=9.51,P﹤0.05)。结论灵芝孢子通过增强let-7的表达来诱导裸鼠卵巢上皮性癌细胞凋亡,抑制其增殖并增强化疗药物紫杉醇的作用。Objective In order to investigate the mechanism of Ganoderma spores in inhibiting nude mouse o- varian cancer cell growth in vivo and enhancing the eftect of chemotherapy drug. Methods The task takes hu- man ovarian cancer xenograft as research object, and broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder extract as treat- ment factor, applies PCR method to observe the morphological changes of let - 7 cells. Results Let -7 pos- itive expression： high expressed in the experimental group, low expression in the control group, the expression of Ganodemta lucidum ＋ taxol group was the highest , there are significant statistically differences （F = 9.51, P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusions Through the increased expression of let - 7, broken Ganoderma lueidum spore powder extract of apoptosis of epithelial ovarian cancer cells induced in nude mice, and can inhibit the nude epithelial ovarian cancer cell proliferation and enhancing the efteet of chemotherapy drug.
