摘  要:在J型铺管时,焊接质量对于钢悬链线立管能否安全服役有着很大的影响。在系统研究焊接残余应力分布规律的基础上,运用整体模型和局部模型相结合的方法,研究了立管焊接残余应力对深水立管力学性能的影响。建模时使用ABAQUS软件模拟焊接过程,利用DFLUX子程序进行二次开发来编译双椭球热源模型,将焊缝及附近区域的网格进行加密细划。分析结果表明,焊接残余应力对深水钢悬链线立管焊缝中心线附近的强度影响很大,对于立管整体来说,焊接塑性区存在的范围很小,即使应力过大也不会造成承载面的全屈服而发生立管的塑性断裂;在焊接残余应力影响下,各水深立管管段所受的平均应力幅值均有所增大,疲劳损伤增加;J型铺管时建议采取一定的应力释放措施,以保证钢悬链线立管在使用年限内能够安全服役。During J-type pipe laying,welding quality may significantly affect safe application of the riser with steel suspension chains. On the basis of systematic researches on distribution of welding residual stresses,general model and partial model are combined to identify the impacts of welding residual stress in riser on mechanical properties of such deep-water risers. During modeling, ABAQUS is used to simulate welding processes. Moreover,DFLUX subprogram is used in secondary development to construct dual-ellipsoid heat-source model to clarify the grid in and around the welding seams. Research results show that welding residual stresses may greatly impact strength of deep-water riser with steel suspension chains around the central line of welding. As for the entire riser,since welding plastic areas distribute in limited zones,even higher stresses may not lead to full-scale yielding of the bearing surface. In this way,the riser can be protected against plastic fracture. Due to impacts of welding residual stresses,all sections of deep-water risers may have their average stress amplitudes increased together with fatigue damages. During J-type pipe laying,proper measures shall be taken to release such stresses to ensure safe deployment of risers with steel suspension chains within designed service life.
