氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合天麻素片治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)联合天麻素片治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取2013年在天津市滨海新区大港医院神经内科住院的椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予银杏叶注射液静脉滴注治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用黛力新和天麻素片;两组疗程均为14 d。观察两组患者临床疗效及用药期间不良反应,出院后随访6个月观察眩晕复发情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(u=-3.123,P<0.05)。观察组复发率为16%,低于对照组的34%(χ2=12.96,P<0.05)。两组患者用药期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论黛力新联合天麻素片治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效显著,可提高患者症状缓解率,降低复发率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of flupentixol/melitracen tablets combined with gastrodin tablets on vertebrobasilar insufficiency-induced vertigo. Methods In 2013,a total of 100 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency-induced vertigo patients were selected in Department of Neurology,Dagang Hospital of Binhai District,Tianjin,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 50 cases. Patients of control group were treated with ginkgo biloba injection,and patients of observation group were treated with flupentixol/melitracen tablets combined with gastrodin tablets based on control group,both groups treated for 14 days. Clinical effect,incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence of vertigo 6 months after discharge. Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group（u= -3. 123,P﹤0. 05）. The reoccurrence rate of vertigo of observation group（16%）was lower than that of control group（34%）（P ﹤0. 05）. No one of the two groups occurred obvious adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion Flupentixol/melitracen tablets combined with gastrodin tablets has certain clinical effect on vertebrobasilar insufficiency-induced vertigo,can relieve the clinical symptoms and reduce the reoccurrence.
