摘　　要：佛寺教育是老挝教育体系中的重要组成部分,具有培养人才、传承文化、提高民众道德修养水平以及促进社会稳定和发展的社会功能,但面临科学知识教育不足、教学能力有限、封闭排他的挑战。老挝的佛寺教育为我国教育提供了一些重要的启示。The Buddhist temple education is an important part of education system in Laos. It helps fas-fer the talents, inheriting culture, improve the level of public morality, and promote social stability and de-velopment are the social functions of Buddhist temple education, however, it faces challenges including the shortage of scientific knowledge education, limited teaching ability, and closed exclusive features. This pa-per concludes that Laos’ Buddhist temple education offers some important enlightenment to China.
