胎儿心内强回声灶的临床回访及机制探讨

摘　　要：目的通过临床回访探讨胎儿心内强回声灶(echogenicintracardiacfoci,EIF)发病机制。方法临床观察回访了847例孕妇,其中胎儿心内强回声灶的共191例。追踪随访各组孕妇妊娠期的病理生理变化及家族史;用Logic回归进行统计分析。结果孕早期出血、孕期感染、妊娠剧吐、糖尿病及高血压家族史的统计结果 P<0.01。结论孕早期出血、孕期感染、妊娠剧吐、糖尿病及高血压家族史与胎儿心内强回声灶有相关性。Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of fetal echogenic intracardiac foci （EIF） based on a clinical review. Methods A total of 847 pregnant women were followed up, and EIF were seen in 191 cases. The pregnant women＆#39;s family history and pathological and physiological changes during the gestational period were recorded. The data were analyzed by logic regression. Results Bleeding during early pregnancy, infection during pregnancy, hyperemesis gravidarum, and family history of diabetes and hypertension were associated with EIF （P〈0.01）. Conclusion EIF may be associated with bleeding during early pregnancy, infection during pregnancy, hyperemesis gravidarum, and family history of diabetes and hypertension.
