摘 要:针对放顶煤工作面后部输送机在运行中常出现欠载、超载等现象,提出了基于模糊自适应PID控制算法。构建了一个由电流互感器、变频器、CPU315-2DP及扩展模块、电液控制阀等器件组成的试验系统,对改进前后进行多次实验测试。实测特性曲线说明,该算法可以实现后部输送机的变频调节及放煤口数量调节,有效地避免了压死后部输送机或者轻载时浪费能源的现象。In the process of rear conveyor there are some problems such as under-load, overload and so on at top-coal caving face, we pointed out a control algorithm based on fuzzy self-adaptive PID. In addition, the test system was established with current transformer, frequency converter, CPU315-2DP as well as its extension modules, electro-hydraulic control valve and other components, many experimental tests were done in the test system before and after the energy-saving control. The measured curve shows that the algorithm can realize the adjustment of the rear conveyor frequency and the quantity of the coal opening, so, the matter, the rear conveyor was pushed down or the energy was wasted, is effectively avoided.
