摘 要:介绍了森林消防车整车行驶平顺性的评价方法,并按国家有关汽车平顺性试验的技术要求(GB/T4970-2009),对森林消防车分别进行了公路道路和林区道路两种路面条件下的实车平顺性试验。结果表明,该森林消防车的平顺性需要改进。以前后悬架刚度和减振器阻尼系数为设计变量,森林消防车驾驶员座椅底板处的总加权加速度均方根值最小为目标函数,在虚拟样机仿真分析软件ADAMS中对悬架中的弹性元件和阻尼元件进行了参数优化设计及其平顺性仿真,仿真结果表明,该森林消防车的行驶平顺性得到了一定的改善。The evaluation method for the whole vehicle ride comfort is introduced and according to the national technical re- quirements (GB/T4970-2009) for vehicle ride comfort, ride comfort tests are performed on two kinds of road conditions, highway roads and forest roads. The result shows that the fire engine needs improvement on its ride comfort. With the stiffness of the front and rear suspensions and the damping coefficient of the shock absorber as design variables, with the total weighted acceleration RMS value located under the driver's seat as the target function, the parameter optimization design and ride comfort simulation of elastic elements and damping elements in the suspension are conducted in ADAMS virtual prototype simulation analysis software, with the simulation result showing that the ride comfort of the fire engine has been improved to certain degree.
