超声乳化白内障摘除联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化白内障摘除联合房角分离术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的临床效果。方法将52例（58眼）原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障,其中急性闭角性青光眼29例（33眼）、慢性闭角型青光眼23例（25眼）,施行白内障超声乳化吸除术＋后房型人工晶体植入术＋房角分离术。结果术后随访6-24个月,视力均有不同程度的提高,前房加深,粘连的房角不同程度开放,眼压控制满意,术中、术后无严重并发症。结论白内障超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼能获得满意效果,是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis operation on primary angle-closure glaucoma treatment. Methods Total 52 cases（58 eyes） of primary angle-closure glaucoma with cataract received the operations of cataract phacoemulsification, posterior chamber lens implantation and trabeculectomy, among which 29 cases（33 eyes） were acute angle-closure glaucoma and 23 cases（25 eyes）were chronic angleclosure glaucoma. Results After interviewed with a follow up time of 6 months to 24 months postoperatively,all patients got visual acuity improvement with different degrees, and got deeper anterior chamber depth, more widen chamber angle, and better intraocular pressure control. Conclusion Cataract phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis on primary angle-closure glaucoma treatment showed satisfactory outomes, and is an effective treatment.
