腹腔镜辅助脑室腹腔分流术治疗脑积水在基层医院的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜辅助下脑室腹腔分流术治疗脑积水在基层医院应用的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2013年11月收治的62例脑积水患者的临床资料,分为腹腔镜辅助下脑室腹腔分流术(治疗组)和常规手术组(对照组)各31例,对比分析两组的临床疗效和术后并发症情况。结果随访结束时,治疗组分流管梗阻例数2例(6.45%),对照组7例(22.58%),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜辅助下脑室腹腔分流术治疗脑积水效果确切,术后分流管梗阻发生率低,并发症少,是一种安全有效的值得在基层医院推广的脑积水治疗方法。Objective Evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of applying ventriculoperitoneal shunt with assistance of laparoscope in treating hydrocephalus in primary hospitals .Methods A retrospective analysis on the clinical datas of 62 patients who suffered from hydrocephalus and admitted to our hospital during January 2009 and November 2013 was carried out , the patients were divided into treatment group （ received ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery under laparoscope , 31 cases ） and control group （ received conventional surgery, 31 cases）, and the clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared at the end of following -up.Results At the end of the follow -up, the obstruction rate of shunt tube of the observation group and the control group were 6.54% （ 2/31 ） and 22.58% （ 7/31 ）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Laparoscope assisted ventriculoperitoneal shunt has significant effect in treating hydrocephalus , and has low tube obstruction rate , it is a safe and effective surgical method for treating hydrocephalus in primary hospital .
