摘  要:目的对金黄色葡萄球菌2种增菌液纯菌种和混合菌种不同条件下增菌效果进行比较,寻找一种快速高效的增菌条件,为提高检测效率提供参考依据。方法通过对纯菌种和混合菌种不同增菌时间菌落,在Baird-Parker琼脂平板上的生长情况来比较验证2种增菌培养基的增菌效果。结果对纯金黄色葡萄球菌的增菌或污染程度较轻的样品,7.5%氯化钠肉汤的增菌效果优于10%氯化钠胰酪胨大豆肉汤;而对于污染程度高或是杂菌含量高的样品,10%氯化钠胰酪胨大豆肉汤的增菌效果优于7.5%氯化钠肉汤。结论对于金黄色葡萄球菌含量比较高的样品,采用7.5%氯化钠肉汤增菌;而对于金黄色葡萄球菌含量比较低、而杂菌含量高的样品,则采用10%氯化钠胰酪胨大豆肉汤增菌。Objective To find and a rapid and efficient growing procedure for growing Staphylococcus aureus in foods and provide a reference basis for enhancing testing efficiency,the effects of 2 kinds of nutrient broth were compared in different experiment conditionds. Methods The colonies of Staphylococcus aureus and its combined cultures on Baird- Parker agar plates in different growth period times were counted,and the effects of 2 kinds of nutrient broth were compared and confirmed.Results For growinging Staphylococcus aureus or Staphylococcus aureus in a less contaminated sample,the nutrient broth containing 7. 5% sodium chloride was super to Tryptic Soy Broth containing 10% sodium chloride. For growinging Staphylococcus aureus in a heavily contaminated sample or a sample contaminated by other strains,the Tryptic Soy broth containing 10% sodium chloride was super to the nutrient broth containing 7. 5% sodium chloride. Conclusion For growinging a higher concentration of Staphylococcus aureus,the nutrient broth containing 7. 5% sodium chloride is favorite to Tryptic Soy Broth containing10% sodium chloride. For growinging a lower concentration of Staphylococcus aureus or Staphylococcus aureus in a sample contaminated by other strains,the Tryptic Soy broth containing 10% sodium chloride is favorite to the nutrient broth containing7. 5% sodium chloride.
