摘 要:目的了解2例感染的单增李斯特菌与本区食品中污染物的单增李斯特菌的生物学特性及分子流行病学相关性。方法对2株从病人血液中分离和本地区近5年(2007年-2011年)从食品中分离的57株单增李斯特菌,进行毒力基因检测、血清分型和PFGE分型。结果病人分离株和所有食源性分离株针对与单增李斯特菌致病相关的6对毒力因子(prf A、act A、iap、hly、plc B、inl A)PCR扩增结果全部为阳性;2株来自病人的菌株为1/2b血清型;2株来自病人菌株的PFGE图谱完全一致,且与1株从本区某超市采集的生牛肉中检出的菌株PFGE型别也完全一致,均为GX6A16.CN0012。结论母子感染的单增李斯特菌PFGE型别完全一致,提示为垂直传播;病人分离菌株和本地区食品中检出的李斯特菌均具有致病性。在本区食品中检出过与病人感染菌株PFGE型别完全一致的菌株。Objective To investigate the biological characteristics and correlation of molecular epidemiology between Listeria monocytogenes isolated from patients and foods in Tongzhou district. Methods Virulence genes detection,serology indentification and PFGE were applied to compare between 2 strains isolated from patients and 57 strains isolated from food in recent5 years. Results PCR showed that 6 virulence genes including prfA,actA,iap,hly,plcB,inlA were all positive in all L. monocytogenes strains isolated from patients and foods. 2 strains isolated from patients were 1 /2b serotype. The phenotype GX6A16. CN0012 was found in two patients strains and one strain isolated from beef by PFGE. Conclusion The same PFGE pattern of L. monocytogenes isolated from two patients,who are a mother and her child,suggested that vertical transmission occurred. The patient strains and food strains were all pathogenic. The same PFGE type of patient strains was found also in strain isolated from food in Tongzhou district.
